By accessing or using any services provided by WPCraft Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at wpcraftstudio.com, you ("Client", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
WPCraft Studio provides design-to-WordPress conversion services, including but not limited to:
The specific scope of services for each project will be defined in a separate Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) issued prior to project commencement.
All projects begin with a formal quotation issued by WPCraft Studio. A project is considered accepted when the Client provides written confirmation (email is acceptable) and pays the required deposit as specified in Section 4.
The scope of work is defined in the project quotation. Any changes to scope after acceptance may result in additional charges and revised timelines, which will be communicated to the Client in writing before proceeding.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary design files, assets, content, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by late provision of materials may extend project delivery timelines without penalty to WPCraft Studio.
All projects require a 50% deposit prior to commencement. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final file handoff or site deployment. Agency Retainer clients are billed monthly in advance.
We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card), PayPal, and bank transfer. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices unpaid after 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. WPCraft Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with overdue payments.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST, VAT, or sales tax). Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
The Starter plan includes 2 rounds of revisions. The Professional plan includes unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope. Revisions that alter the original design brief or expand scope may be subject to additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of project delivery.
The Client retains all rights to their original design files, brand assets, images, and content provided to WPCraft Studio for conversion purposes.
Upon receipt of full payment, WPCraft Studio assigns all rights to the delivered WordPress website code and files to the Client. Until full payment is received, WPCraft Studio retains ownership of all work product.
Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing, WPCraft Studio reserves the right to display the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials. White-label clients are exempt from this clause by default.
WPCraft Studio treats all Client information, design files, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties without the Client's express written consent. Clients may request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to project commencement at no additional charge.
WPCraft Studio warrants that all delivered work will be functional, responsive, and match the agreed design brief to the best of our ability. We do not warrant that the delivered website will achieve specific search engine rankings, traffic targets, or conversion rates. Hosting environment compatibility is the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WPCraft Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days' written notice. If the Client terminates after project commencement, the deposit is non-refundable (see Refund Policy). WPCraft Studio reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WPCraft Studio is registered. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
