WPCraft Studio offers a fair and transparent refund policy for all design-to-WordPress conversion projects. Due to the custom and labour-intensive nature of our services, refunds are subject to the terms below based on the stage at which a refund is requested.
Full Refund Available. If you cancel your project after paying the deposit but before WPCraft Studio has begun any development work (typically within 24 hours of payment), you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. Please contact us immediately at billing@wpcraftstudio.com with your project reference number.
If you cancel the project after development has commenced but before 50% of the work is complete, you forfeit the 50% deposit. No additional charges will apply, and we will provide you with all work completed to date.
If you cancel after more than 50% of the project is complete, the deposit is forfeited, and the remaining 50% balance may be partially charged based on work completed. WPCraft Studio will provide a detailed breakdown of work completed and any amounts owed.
Upon cancellation, regardless of stage, we will provide you with all completed work files. These files are provided as-is, without the revision rounds or QA that would be included in a fully delivered project.
If the delivered WordPress website does not match the agreed design brief in a material way, and WPCraft Studio is unable to resolve the issue through additional revisions within 14 days of the report, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not available on the basis of a change of mind, change in business direction, or change in design preferences after a project has been accepted and delivered as agreed.
If critical technical issues are discovered post-delivery that were caused by our development (not third-party plugins or hosting), we will fix them at no charge within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, fixes may be subject to a support charge.
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel your retainer with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by the above terms, please contact our team at billing@wpcraftstudio.com with your project details and the reason for your request. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and within 14 business days.
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@wpcraftstudio.com or use our contact form with the subject "Refund Request" and include your project reference number. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
